WHAT DOES THE PREMIUM PACKAGE INCLUDE?
Based on your needs and vision, we create a furnishing floor plan that optimally utilizes the space. Our goal is to design a room or home that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also maximally comfortable and ergonomic. The top-down floor plan illustrates the furniture layout, spatial connections, and functional zones, providing a clear overview of the interior design.

This plan illustrates the original state as well as the proposed structural modifications and transformations.
The involvement of a structural engineer may also be necessary.
When designing the flooring layout, we determine the starting point and the arrangement of the tiles. To achieve a visually harmonious look, applying the principles of symmetry is essential. For instance, it is important to avoid having the last row end in a narrow strip at the corners, as this can disrupt the overall aesthetic balance.

Tailor-made kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and other furniture pieces designed in accordance with modern interior design principles. Each piece comes with a detailed, dimensioned drawing to ensure precise execution.
Custom Furniture Design
Precise placement and marking of electrical and plumbing outlets on the dimensioned elevation plan. This includes lighting points, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, as well as hidden and wall-mounted sockets, such as recessed countertop outlets and extractor fan connections.

Detailed marking of the exact placement and dimensions of custom-designed furniture and other planned elements on the elevation views.
